STRETCH, STRENGTH & RELEASE WITH CLINTON

Tight hips? Lower back pain? Stubborn Knee? Coach Clinton has you covered. One entire hour dedicated to releasing all of the tension on your body. Coach Clinton will lead you through a series of dynamic stretches that in time will ease the aches and pains you feel all over your body. Health is wealth!

STEP WITH JUDITH

Welcome to Unity's Step Class! Join us for an exhilarating Step Class led by our energetic instructor Judith.
